All courses presented by our consultants will be responsive to the identified needs of participants and their organisation.

Our overall objective will be:
“To equip participants with the range of knowledge, skills and understanding necessary for them to enhance their presentation and / or training skills for the benefit of themselves and their employing organisation.”

Our stated aims are:
To present a theoretical base and its associated models. This will assist participants to understand the dynamics that exist between presenters / trainers and their audience [e.g. Adult Learning Theory / Motivation / Resistance and Cognition].

To explore the interpersonal processes that may occur between presenters / trainers and participants and to develop skills in the management of the dynamics. NB - This will also include consideration of the interaction between trainers where there is co-working.

To help participants enhance their understanding of team / group processes and dynamics and to provide them with tools to enable an event to be purposeful, coherent and effective.

To provide an opportunity for participants to improve their technical skills in presentation and to consider “what works” for them.

To allow an opportunity for participants to design /develop and deliver a presentation and to receive constructive feedback as part of their learning and development. [*available on a three day event].

Suitability:
Our Learning and Development events will be suitable for any member of an organisation who has to represent that organisation in a public arena and for those delivering training both within and external to the organisation. Participants may be lacking in experience or seeking to improve performance
