At Weaving Rainbows we provide programmes that make a difference to the lives of individuals both professionally and personally.
Every person has it within themselves to be the best they can be. We can help them achieve this through interventions which develop:

We also provide workshops specifically for women and minority staff who know they have far more to offer but somehow seem to be holding back.

We have carried out workshops in many public and voluntary sector organisations, and all evaluations have been positive – comments have been “thought provoking” – “learnt so much in a safe and secure environment” - “very challenging yet felt safe” – “didn’t realise the impact my attitude and behaviour has on others”.

We continue to support Oxfordshire County Council on providing ongoing consultancy, advice, support, and training. Oxfordshire County Council was awarded Beacon Status for their work on Race Equality and their comment was that the audit cited our work as being one of the reasons for the award.

Weave a rainbow consultancy was set up by Graham Wilson & Nancy Hunt who have extensive experience of Public Sector, voluntary sector management and cross-sector partnerships in design, development and delivery of a range of training and learning programmes .
